This refreshing grapefruit mimosa makes the perfect holiday brunch beverage.
- 4 oz freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice*
- 2 oz Lillet Rosé
- 1 squeeze fresh lime juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves + extra for garnish (optional)
- 8 oz chilled pink champagne
1 Place the grapefruit juice, Lillet Rosé, lime juice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
2 Shake until muddled and nicely chilled and then strain into two coupes.
3 Top with the champagne and fresh mint leaves if desired.
Tip: *You can also freeze the grapefruit juice in an ice cube tray so that it slowly melts and keeps your drink extra chilled.
